Two orders of Sambusa (beef, lentils or spinach) with your choice of Minchet Abish, and Tomato Salad topped off with homemade cottage cheese.
Azifa $8.95
Whole lentils, cooked and mashed, blended with onions, jalapeno peppers, horseradish, vegetable oil, lemon juice, and a hint of garlic, served with pieces of injera or slices of fresh bread.
Minchet Abish $8.95
Minced prime beef pan fried until golden brown with ginger, onion, cardamom and white pepper, then sautéed in a mild berbere sauce to bring out the taste.
MEAT DISHES
Zilzil Tibbs $16.95
Strip of tender beef sautéed in purified butter, seasoned with garlic, onion, jalapeno peppers and fresh rosemary tomatoes.
Doro Wot $15.95
The national dish of Ethiopia. Meticulously prepared chicken with diced red onions, simmered in a tastefully seasoned berbere based sauce. Served with a hard-boiled egg.
Key Siga Wot $15.95
Lean chopped beef stew, simmered in a spicy berbere based sauce with onions, garlic and other traditional spices.

Finely chopped beef seasoned with mitmita and cardamom served rare, medium or well done based on your preference and topped with seasoned clarified butter. Chef Recommendation: Medium Rare. Served with home made cottage cheese.

Lean beef cooked with collard green, onions, jalapeno, garlic, and hint of ginger topped off with mitmita and clarified butter.
