TANDOORI CUISINE | |
is an ancient Indian method of cooking, handed down from generation to generation. Tandoor is a clay oven made from choice clay and natural binding agents and fired by charcoal embers. The heat is spread evenly throughout to heat the oven to 800 degrees. The meats are first marinated in a traditional sauce of yogurt, herbs, and spices, placed on skewers and cooked in the tandoor. Succulent juices from the meat mingle with the smoke to produce a delicious aroma and is reabsorbed into the meat producing the ancient flavors. | |
