Delicious steak fries and Beef Franks (Hot Dogs) slices, fried and mixed together with Huancaina Sauce, Mayonnaise, and Rocoto Sauce, garnished with Cilantro Leaves.
Chicken Sandwich $8.50
French roll bread stuffed of Chicken breast sautéed with bell peppers, red onions, tomatoes, tossed on soy sauce and red vinegar, we put aioli sauce on the bread, garnished with cilantro leaves. Comes with a side of steak fries.
Aji de Gallina $8.50
Aji de Gallina, is a Pulled Chicken tossed in Aji Amarillo Sauce, served with Half Boiled Egg, Black Olives and garlic rice on the side, garnished with cilantro leaves.
Lomo Saltado $8.50
Beef Stir Fry, Lomo Saltado, is beef tenderloin, red onions, tomatoes, green onions, served with steak fries underneath and garlic rice on the side.

Pork Belly Sandwich is stuffed with Pork Belly slices previously boiled and grilled on the flat top, until reach the golden brown color, served in a roll bread, with sweet potato slices, aioli sauce and salsa criolla. (Pickled onions) topping with cilantro leaves. Comes with a side of steak fries.
Ceviche de Pescado $8.50
Peruvian Ceviche (we make it with Mahi-Mahi fish) is a raw fish diced and mixed with limes and lemon juice, salt, spicy bell pepper, red onions, crispy and diced corn, we called them “Choclo” and “Cancha”. Most of ingredients are from Peru. Served with lettuce leaves and boiled sweet potatoes.
