Our Soup
Our original sauce is a supreme mixture of different types of mellow soy sauce, which are carefully made in traditional Japanese fashion. We simmer the finest pork bones for long hours and skim off all the residue to make a clear yet flavorful soup. We also add soup stock extracted from pork heads that gives extra kick to complete an additive-free soup, with various essences and flavors finely extracted from all the ingredients. As we also use a lot of vegetables like cabbages, carrots, Chinese leeks, bean sprouts etc., Our carefully-made soup is also full of nutrition, calcium and collagen, which is very good for your health and beauty. Not only does it please your stomach, it also warms up both your body and soul.

OUR CHASHU
We prepare Chashu in our kitchen with well-marbled pork belly that is carefully hand trimmed. The Chashu is then boiled in hot water to remove unwanted odor and fat and marinated in our special sauce for a day. Our Chashu comes out super-juicy, flavorsome, and believe us, it melts right on your tongue.
