Chorizo is chorizo. It”s a yummy mix of pork and spices that goes nicely inside a Tlayuda. It”s a must try!
Tasajo
A thinly sliced piece of grilled beef with a nice smokey flavor. Tasajo compliments the Tlayuda.
Asiento
Asiento is pork lard, but asiento sounds so much nicer. The asiento is optional, but highly recommended and nothing is more delicious than our homemade asiento, flavoring the crisp Tlayuda with a layer of luxury. Did we mention it taste delightful!
