St. George Spirits in Alameda was one of the first distilleries to produce a flavored vodka by macerating real fruit rather than adding artificial flavors. Bartender Thad Vogler created this drink in 2004 to showcase St. Georges Hangar 1 kaffir lime vodka, and its been on the restaurants menu ever since. It has the body and balance of a fresh lime margarita with a ginger bite. | |
