We like connecting with our guests and educating on the how and why of Nixta. We are a counter-service restaurant, but still want to walk yall through the menu, answer any questions, and address dietary considerations. | |

We have a massive backyard, but our kitchen is small – its only 100-square-feet. We have (1) 5-foot flat-top grill to make hundreds of dishes each day. You may ask why cant you just upgrade???. Well, thats how the building came, and if you know the city, it aint easy changing/adding things. | |
LIMITED SEATING | |
When you get through the line, all the tables get filled, then youll awkwardly be staring other people down until someone plays chicken and bounces. Please dont bypass the line to save tables – we promise youll have a seat if you trust the process and flow! | |
